Information Security Policy

PhillipCapital ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information related to all the services it provides, together with senior management, our employees, our suppliers and our business partners. In line with this, our goal is to continuously develop and improve our information security processes by raising high-level awareness and through the contribution and compliance of all our employees.

Scope

This policy covers all employees, information and information-related systems, and all services, applications and support infrastructure provided at primary and secondary work locations.

Objectives

• Ensuring that our Information Security Policies are implemented as part of our business processes.
• Making information security awareness part of our corporate culture and keeping our employees' information security awareness at a high level.
• Maintaining a high level of business continuity for our institution's operations and processes, ensuring services are provided with minimal disruption.
• Protecting the institution's image by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information that is produced, used, transmitted or stored.
• Protecting the institution against threats that may arise internally or externally.
• Aiming to keep the risk level for our institution's critical assets below an acceptable risk level.
• Implementing technical security controls.
• Fulfilling all obligations arising from national and international laws, regulations and contracts to which the institution is subject with regard to information security, and protecting all information and documents arising from this requirement.
• Ensuring the protection of the personal information of the institution's employees, and the trade secrets, reputation and personal information of its suppliers, business partners and clients.
• Ensuring the security of all physical and electronic information assets used in delivering services through information systems.
